I read this book several times in the 70s through the 90s. It is about a shape shifter who can disguise himself. He is on a space ship voyage in disguise. The timtle may be something similar to "The Illustrated Man" because I once got the tities confused.
i’m trying to find this book i read forever ago, and this is literally all i can seem to remember. at the end of the third book they were falling into a huge pit that might have been the grand canyon ?

For many years I've saw reference to Little Fuzzy and always thought I'd read it, it turns out I had it confused with another book.
This is what I recall of this other book I want to identify....

Hi readers,
I'm a children's librarian with very little knowledge of science fiction. An adult patron came in today looking for a book he recalls reading in the late 60s to early 70s. He thinks it may have been by Isaac Asimov but thinks it was a novel, not a short story. (Though if you know of...

I read this book sometime in the early 80s and am trying to remember the name. The earth is at war with colonies established in the asteroid belt. The story follows a raid on earth in which a girl is kidnapped by one of the raiders who is solo in a ship. If I remember correctly, another male...
I CANNOT find this book for the life of me. It's for my dad who read it sometime in the early '70s. From what I can remember it sounds like an awesome and interesting book.
It's about a group of scientist who are studying absolute zero. There's something where they can't look directly at...
problem is, i can't remember what it was called or who it's by! it was a collection (all by the same author) which contained a story about a man who could "jump" from one reality to another: it started off with a California ruled by Mongols, went on to a weird interlude where it was set in San...
Many years ago, mid to late 1960s I came across a science fiction book in the local library. It is one of the first science fiction books I ever read, possibly even the very first. I have no idea who wrote it, what the name was or anything else, but I do remember parts of the story line. If...
