I was wondering if you could be any character, who would you be?

I would be Ashen-Shugar before he kinda merged with Tomas, or Nakor.

Like it!!!

I would go for Macros, I'd love to know what he knows and get a little insight into that brain of his! Plus, you know, he's cool and has wonderful abilities as a magician.

Failing that, I would be anyone who had something to do with dragons or a dragon itself.

xx

I think i would be Dangaii the King of Great Kesh, enjoying the harem of women at my disposal-all topless mind you! And i think you could have just about everything else.....though id be happy with the harem.

i would have to be Ashen-Shugar because he is so badass...plus in his prime he was considered the most powerful Valheru. and he was the only one smart enough to not put his soul into the life stone.

I could be that Dude from the wreckers-guild. Man he was the best comic relief ever! wot was his name?

I would be Aleta, the first High Priestess of Arch-Indar, the godess of good.

Man, I notice no one wants to be any of the con Dions.

Well, who would? The only con Doin I'd want to be would be Nicholas - at least he ends up doing what he wants to do.
No, the person who I'd most like to be is Roo Avery - IMHO the most solid character in the whole Midkemian series. Not likeable, no, but very, very believable.

But there a some good con Doin's like Borric and Erland the 2nd, Arthura, and Martain.

Yes, I agree, but the point I was trying to make, (and Feist brings this out well in Prince of the Blood), is that the further up the scale of the nobility you are, the less free will you have, and the more constraints on your behaviour and life there are. I'd rather be free to do what I want in life, than to be burdened with the obligations of Royalty - wouldn't you?

As boring as it is i'd be very happy to be Arutha.

Not too much stress growing up, with good siblings/friends, enough freedom well balanced by plenty of privliges and no great expectations.

A few really fun, important adventures with some true friends, that declared to him and everyone else that he was worthy of the position fate put him in and all this when he was young enough to enjoy the danger.

This lead to finding the love of his life, who loved him and together they raised a family that you could be very proud of (Jimmy included), and by and by a position that more than paid the bills. Plus an extended family that constantly reminded him as to just how good he had it :D .

And in the end he died at a grand old age, with the respect of a nation, the love of his family and the belief that all had been worth while and would carry on (lucky maybe he didnt hang on a few more years, Fiest paying tribute to a character well served?). But either way you gotta think there's alot worse things people and characters have pondered on their death beds?

Oops, quick note I just remembered how old Jimmy the hand was when Krondor fell so Arutha was must have passed away quite a bit earlier, sorry it's been years since I read it

Who was the guy that travelled the Hall of Worlds, armed to the teeth? I wanna be that guy.

That would be Boldar Blood.

I think if Amos wasn't always getting stabbed in the stomach I would want to be him, but since he is always getting stabbed in the stomach I will have to go with Nicky, man I loved Nicky, I wish Feist would have written the sequel to The King's Buccaneer like he was going to, in order to bridge to the Serpent Wars...but it will never happen, so I am left with one book...*cries a bit*
