Hay folks,
This my first post although I have been read these great insights for a while now. If my questions are repetitive I apologize. Like i said I'm new. I've rd threw my favorite POVs more than once bet not every page of every book twice. So just a couple of random questions I know you can help me with.

Who decided where Tyrion should go and WHY?
