Another episode, in my mind, that is character driven. We get to see just how badly Teal'c feels about his 'forced' involvement as a Jaffa and how far he is willing to go to repent.
Bringing up the issue that a 'war crime' is determined by whose side you are on and who eventually has to take the blame. I didn't like the idea that the power's that be would abandon Teal'c simply because he wasn't born here and I hope they've changed their minds about that.

Adds another brick to the wall that SG1 is building in their loyalty to each other.

I'm glad the Bursar came to realize that Teal'c did, in effect, kill off the one that had worked with the System Lords before.

that's one of the tau'ri's weakpoints that they think that all strange is bad - but there are some people (fortunately) which aren't as extreme distrustfully as the most part are ...
