Doing Episode Reviews?

Thinking about episode reviews section:

How about using something like this:

This would be for the Detailed Review section of the episode. Remember i envisage about 2 pages per episode. The first main one which contains summary, info, cast all this stuff and then another page linked from it containing a full spoiler review.

Now this little program could then be used perhaps and allows feedback. Not sure though, just thought you might like to see it for comments.

Hmmm! I like the format of the program so long as they are well marked {SPOILERS AHEAD}

I myself try to avoid spoilers but some people just arent sensative to others choices and I have had so many eps ruined.

Well it would be clearly marked as basically it would be the Spoilers section basically for people who either have not seen the ep and want to know more about it or people who have seen it and want another opinion.

So basically this little program here allows one to input our info ... first page and second page synopsis, then add in comments? Looks good to me.

Let me stress that the synopsis should be objective. We should leave opinions for talkandromeda.

yeah, i am sort of moing away from this idea now. What i am still interested in is however getting reviews from more than 1 person. This is something we need to think about, the difference between reviews and a long spolier.

We have

1) Synopsis on the 1st page
2) Spolier/Review.

Do you think we should just leave reviews to talkandromeda?

I think you should go back to your first idea ...

page 1 ... episode info: cast, crew, airdate, short (4 or 5 line non spoiler synopsis)

page 2 ... full length synopsis. more than one is fine because someone is going to forget something that someone else is not. But these should, again, be totally objective. So and so did this, they went here, there was an explosion, so and so died, etc. No opinions or speculation.

page 3 ... reviews. These would include all the subjective information from the viewer ... extrapolations, speculations, opinions, likes and dislikes, etc.

Okay I think having reviews on the site would be proper. Not to put down the forums because I love this one ... but some people don't like forums and avoid them so would miss out on being able to voice their opinions. If we wanted to, we could cross-post what we say to the forums or so we're not duplicating, we could not allow for cross-posting to the forums. That will get the visitor rate for the site up.

Where do you think stuff like

nitpicks, character development etc should go?

On this format, we would use the program i found for part 3.

Nit pics - well it kind of depends on what they are nitpicking. Maybe have a nitpic page attached to each of the topics.

You have the main episode page, the synopsis page, the review page, and a nitpick page.

Captain Dylan Hunt bio page attached to a Kevin Sorbo bio page attached to a nitpick page.

I don't know. I'm working through the flu and a migraine and I can't take stuff for both. I have to decide which is worse - the sneezing, coughing, running nose, itchy eyes and nose, stuffed up head, etc. or the pounding pain, photophobia, nausau, etc. I want a new head.
