The only character which Sam has not had very much interaction with in four Series is Teal'c. Although she is the techno geek of the group, when you get down to brass tacks, she is military.

My suggestion for combining these two characters more during the next series is for Sam to engineer the Jaffa's victory over the guoa'uld on Chulak. It shouldn't be a one epy win; it is an entire planet, after all. But it would provide for dicussion/scenes between she and Teal'c regarding the manner in which the Jaffa live and die, their heirarchy, their weaponry, their training, how to engineer taking over an entire planet, an alliance with the Tauree, and where to go afterwards.

What are your ideas?

If Sam got involved in the appearently soon-to-be Jaffa Rebellion as a member of the USAF,I think that it would be with the backing of the govt and how likely is the Earth going to be willing (at least overtly) to get involved. This would bring them in direct conflict with the Goa'uld, which the Earth has taken pains to avoid up until now. Even giving support indirectly with personnel would run that risk. The Tau'ri will probably give arms and supplies that wouldnt be identified as them but not necessarily personnel, which is harder to make denials about if captured.
Maybe if the Jaffa can hurt the Goa'uld enough to weaken the "snakes" and make them less of a threat to Earth, then I see the Earth getting more involved and likewise Sam.

I think Colonel Maybourne's ongoing "participation" as part of the military makes it pretty clear that any participation by us will be covert or under the sheets, if you will.

Who Maybourne works for I hope will be determined lated in Season 4. Heard he returns in Chain Reaction... but was with someone else in Beneath the Surface. We need to know what happens to that relationship before we can decide what and how and who!

How do you feel about . . . frozen . . . ?

Wonderful, wasn't it! Loved it! But Peter Williams (Apophis) and Tom MacBeath (Maybourne) are still my fovorite villians!

I don't know - post on over to the Farscape section and have a look at Scorpius - he's taken a page out of Darth Vader's book!

I don't know, I love Apophis and Maybourne best. Will check out Scorpius on Friday Night in LA on the SCIFI channel in Farscape! BUT while I am waiting I will check out the FARSCAPE site here on Talkstargate! Is anyone bold enugh to follow me and maybe start a Favorite Villian Poll between Scorpius and ???

I was watching a rerun the other day and had a thought (o.k., maybe a small thought) - how did Teal'c begin using our computers so much in some of the episodes? Quick learner.

The only thing I can think of is that he spends most of his time on base when not gating so... technology is something that includes some but not a lot of interaction with the Tau'ri. Daniel could have taught him or Sam... He does seem to have a lot of time on his hands. And he is very intelligent!

He must be very very bored to learn Latin so quickly! To much time on his hands... gotta visit coffeecup and me more!

I would be going nuts cooped up in Cheyenne Mountain all alone except for the Marines ... Hey wait a minute ..did I just say that!

I do think that the writers and producers should used him more! But then, SG- 1 it wouldn't be!

I think hw would make a good recruit for partnership in your take over of the world.

I'd take cj for partnership in my takeover of Macy's, AT&T, whatever!
