Does anyone know how to subscribe to newsgroups eg The two stargate ones?

Do you mean the sumners? Just go to the site and sign on the dotted line.

yeah the one at darrens site. i found it on FAQ then it opene outlook express and i did not no the server so it did not work. so i have no idea how this works. and JSC what dotted line are you on about?

Sign on the dotted line was just an expression! Becasue of the move some had to resubscribe... On the SG-1 home page push the subscribe button. that is what I did. I believe that it automatically enters your name and e-mail.

It was different than the last time when I filled out a small sheet with e-mail etc on it! Will check for updates and check back here to find out if you got on!

hey jsc got the sumners update! Have bveen getting them months! check out his forum (not as good as this but take a look)

Martouf you go some thing like this

add a new newsgroup by going to tools in out look express and then go over to add and select add, then choos news. Then add your name and email. then next you will have to add something like this
news.yourisp.net.au

Voila

You will download thousands iof news groups then subscribe to the stargate one


My isp wont add the the alt.binaries.stargatesg-1 to its list How crap!
