We will be looking for moderators over the next few weeks as TalkRoswell starts to grow.
The decision of how will be moderators will be mainly up to WhisperPoe with some input from your friendly admin, me

We do not have specific criteria for moderators, we have no 'elections' nor arbitrary post requirements. We just want people who basically make the forum a fun place to be. Experience in other sections has shown that our moderators job is more geered torwards encouraiging discussion and welcoming people to the site as opposed to deleting, moving etc threads and posts.
If you are interested, start posting away, start some new threads and get discussions going. This is what we are looking for.
