Best Of Season 1 DVD

I bought it last night, and it is great, Kmart have it for $31.94 but with my staff discount it is $29.24 so it was quite cheap. on disc one there is children of the gods, disc 2 has there but for the grace of god, politics and within the serpents grasp. the interactive menus's are great too. plus they are all in widescreen!

I wish i had a dvd player, wide screen? the dvd's ive watched are little puny tiny screens. Well luck you.

Cool.. i wonder how it compares to the UK version.. widescreen is nice if you have a widescreen tv but as i play everything on my computer it is so annyoing meaning i can't use about 1/3 of the screen!

i'm jealous..... oh well, will it when i get a DVD player.... (which will be awhile since we just got a new VCR )

padders - i am pretty sure it is the same as the one from the uk.
martouf - i reccomend getting a dvd player or ps2, the qualiy is sooooo cool.
anyone know when the next dvd is released?, i may have to give FOX a call, and find out about that and the vids too.

i loved the last release, did you find that Tok'ra had the old credits while the other 2 had the new credits?

yep i noticed that as well. i was a bit confused, but they tok'ra vid is really cool. i don't really like the 'newer' opening credits, the panning over the helmet/head of ra has grown on me

yeah but we see it so ofter (on TV and series one) i like the new change, i think it looks heaps good (i like calling out what eppy every shot is on )

me too! i alway do that when i watch it with my friends but i still like the older one. it is good for a change though. i wonder if there will be a new on for season 3.

great, i have to type this message all over again my friggin isp keeps playing up on me! i'm not 100% sure, but i think the season 3 vids are going to be released in mis feb 2001. and apparently, i was reading at sphinx stargate, that the season 3 DVD's will have special bonus special features, i can't remember what, but they will be totally cool!
