Who is more smug?

Well this just kind of popped up on the Major Davis thread so I thought I'd give it its own.

Who do you think are more smug? The Tollan or the Tok'ra?

The Tok'ra. They can't help it . . . they have that snake problem . . .

the tollan. they have that ultimate 'my tech will protect me' attitude. complimented with a 'i'm not gonna share my toys with you cause you're not old enough to play with them correctly' attitude.

And it didn't do them any good, did it? As per usual, SG-1 was in there, saving their tails, when they didn't listen to Teal'c, and the Goa'uld simultaneously destroyed all of their weapons platforms on their new homeworld. You'd think they would learn. Or listen. Or share. Who were their parents anyway?

But as for really "smug," the Tok'ra still have that "I could be a god if I wanted to" attitude, and that is really smug, as opposed to being childish and stupid. Well, that's just one person's opinion anyway. I'M willing to listen to other ideas (to make sure jsc's and my Jaffa army don't go down!)!

I always thought that my favorite villians were Maybourne and Apophis (Listed that way because we are in the Human section) but If I could really dislike anyone one it would be the Tollans but lately the Tok'Ra ain't been too good. Anise's attitude stinks. She has suckered us Tau'ri into wearing some armbands, Teal'c into letting Tanith live (and the Tok'Ra think they can control information flowing to the system lords through him Sheesh!) kissing Jack and telling him the symboite prefers Daniel! So and half a point for each for me please!

Well, at least Apophis makes no bones about his opinion that we are a lesser species. Both the Tok'ra and the Tollan try and use us as guinea pigs while trying to manipulate us at the same time.

I heard that in Exodus Apophis goes after the Tok'Ra! (could he care about the Tollans? Nah! they are too arrogant and love their tech to much to think strategically!)
