McMurphy's Syllabus

I agree that it's a very relevant thread for this board. Brian may have better answers to your question than me but, here's my suggestions anyway:

I think it may depend on how you want the article to look. If you want it as one large article with multiple contributions then it may be just a case of cutting and pasting what you want into a new piece. Or you could edit the article to make it look more like a round-table discussion (which it is anyway - just on the Net).

On the other hand, if you want it to keep the general appearance it already has (ie. that of a thread). It could be moved or copied over here and then items selectively deleted until you are happy with the results.



Please bear in mind that these are just a few suggestions and I don't claim to be an expert on being a mod or editor by any stretch of the imagination. It may well be the case that I am just talking utter %6&*"!*£ - which would come as no surprise to those that know me :D
 
Interesting - perhaps McMurphy would like to consider rounding everything up into an article of sorts, for posting up?

Btw - as for mining thread - "What are you reading at the moment" comes to mind...I'll check that out later. Still a little sore, but been very busy all day with important internet stuff. :)

That makes sense to me Foxbat, Brian. I think the best idea would be to ask McMurphy if he wants to turn this into an article, perhaps in collaboration. Shall I go ahead and PM him on this?

As I have private messaged to knivesout, I am very sorry that I didn't respond sooner!

I would love the idea of turning all our threads into an article about the subject and would be flattered to be part of it in anyway one would like me to be.

Furthermore, posters defidently have permission to use my post(s) from the thread in anyway they feel fit.
