The chat session would be a great idea. You could do that Martouf. I would be more than interested in something like that.
Character and Episode guides would be more than helpful. You could do your own database. Using a search facility Pictures not so sure on that one. whats the point in compteting against phillip?

The GateGuide's live chat sessions are every weekend, set up for three widely different time zones...but they aren't set to be after the SG-1 broadcasts in those zones. Partially because I can moderate the sessions during the weekends, and the UK's broadcast is on Wednesdays! (I'm usually working then.) It's empty today, though - folks are off doing Christmas stuff ;-> I figured I'd stay on channel just in case.

Martouf, downloads are always good! A local broadcast schedule, or a larger one, for the main stations (I don't knwo what country you're in - Australia, I think?) For the pictures, do them if you want, who cares about this "competition" rot...
One thing that I haven't seen is a good mythology/history crossreference for anything **BUT** the Egyptian myths. The show has dealt with Vikings, Mongols, Greeks, Cretans, central European civilisations, North American natives, and the ever-present Egyptians; and touched on the history of many more cultures...but most mythology writeups are brief, or focus exclusively on the Egyptian cultures. I've got an in-depth writeup on the Vikings coming out soon - there actually were Vikings in Sumeria, something I didn't always remember - but reading more about the other civilisations would be neat. There's a wealth of information out there that most fans don't know that would be fun to learn. A site with "science-for-laymen", explaining the theories behind wormholes and medicine, and the various technologies we see on the show, doesn't seem to exist yet either.
Seriously, though, put up something that you enjoy - something that you'll really like maintaining and adding to for months and years. Otherwise, it will just drive you real crazy real fast ;->

I already have quite indepth ep guides,(series one) written by me! So i don't really know abott chat sessions, i would won't more content on my site?
