Okay this question is about Charlie O'Neill but since he was Jack's son, I thought it'd be safe to ask it here.

How old was Charlie when he died? Also what were they details they've disclosed about his death? I know he committed suicide accidently but I want to know what episode(s) they said this in? Or will I have to watch the original Stargate movie to find out?

well Skydiver might know a bit more than me but----

charlie died right before the first abydos mission (the movie) he was probably about 8 or 9 when he died!
he is in Cold Lazurus and The Devil You Know

ps, in the Stargate books he is known as Jack Jr not Charlie .... (just a bit of history there....)

don't know if i know more or not but...from the look of him i'd guess he was 8 to no more than 12, they've never really given his age officially. in fire and water they showed that jack and sara were looking at his school pics when they heard the shot. i don't think he committed sucicide per se but that it was accidental, like he was playing with dad's gun and it went off. (it's been implied that jack left it out or something and charlie got a hold of it, hence his guilt and a reason for his reaction in cotg and the movie to kids (on abydos) having guns)
the 'scene' where they hear the shot is in cold lazarus and the only other flashback is in tdyk like you said.
the only real mention of him in the movie was jack (kurt russell) sitting in his room playing with the gun, planning to join him while sara was downstairs doing the dishes.
