Season 1 DVDs

Sorry if this is old ground folks, but was wondering...

I have the R2 DVD "Best of" Season 1, which is basically the pilot and the last 3 eps of S1. Is there any plans to fill in the rest of S1?

Also, buying all the DVDs that come out for SG-1 is a big job, I would like to see a box set for each season like X-Files or Buffy...but that'll prob never happen as all the existing DVD owners may get a bit miffed if it did....

2 more eps from series 1 appear on volume 6 or 7 i think can't remember which.

The way MGM have released the stargate dvds has been pretty rubish but then it is better than in the states where they have nothing. I doubt they will do a box set now but whether we will get the rest of series 1 is anyone's guess, probably get another two eps at the end of series 3! (there are 22 eps in a series that dosen't divide by 4).

I have heard on another website today that MGM are thinking about releasing all of season 1 on DVD as well. I've only just started collecting the DVD's so am a tad behind. I've got Vol.2,3 and 4.

Asgard-DVD: Vol 1 has Standard Dolby (2.1?) in English and German, with Dutch subtitles and English & German for the hard of hearing... (this is the R2 disk i'm referring to, not sure where you're from)

Thank You for posting and welcome to TalkStargate! Dvd's in the US are hard to get except for Children of the Gods and The Enemy within which in some caseswas released with it. They have pushed the release date to the spring. So I check back once a month. Across the Waters (England and Australia) they have done better.
