In CHAIN REACTION (Season 4 episode 15) to escape Kinsey's house Jack called the press and announced that Kinsey had someting to say about running for President!

In 2010 (Season 4 episode 16) Kinsey is President!

Please post your reactions and comments below! Just no curse words and no flames EXCEPT all over Kinsey!

I really don't like this guy. How could something so slimy (unfortunately I can't express all my feelings in English ;))be a president? I think that even Unas would be a better president. :D

ummmm vera, look at whose job is over in 10 days and who is starting a new job in 10 days...the question sorta answers itself.

i just wish josiah bartlett could be president, he's cool. (and his staff is adorable :D )

ok, wait a minute, i just did the math. if kinsey's prez in 2010 and presidents can only serve 2 4 year terms then a) he ran and lost and ran again, b) got congress to veto that annoying amendment, c) was someone's vp, then they died/resigned and he took over cause that's the only way a prez can serve more than 8 years is if he moves up from vp then gets elected on his own, and i use the term loosely, merit in the next election.
this is assuming of course that the show is following OUR timeline which puts a new prez starting the job in 2001.
bear in mind of course i don't get to see the eps until friday night

Bet he ran in 2004 election! and/or 2008 so he could be President in 2010!

it's possible. just the scariest thing is i could see a slime like him getting elected.

Political commentary

Agreed! (said Granny thinking of Richard Nixon who's domestic policies made her blood run cold, at least J. Edgar Hoover can't come back! except in a mutated form).

Do you people realixe that the governemtn is mostly made of of kinsleys. Often times runningagainst each other.

Yeah I did. As a Brit I can honesly say that I don't like George W. Bush very much (or Tony Blair for that matter!) and I don't trust politicians in general, no matter where they come from. They're all slimy and manipulative, it's what everyone expects politicians to be like otherwise how else would they get voted in? The whole election thing is just a 'see who can make the biggest false promises to win votes' thing. Or maybe I just watched too much X-Files as a kid!

And indeed pretty much any organisation where rank, hierarchy and promotion are possible, resulting in influence and dare I say "power". Politics on all levels, religion, clubs, societies, organisations, business... sad but true. :(

If you were to find a country folk dancing team of about 10 people, buried deep in the heart of a backward country, you can bet that one of them would do anything to be in charge...
