A little while ago i read a website about Vatiare (actress for Sha're)and Micheal living together, and that they had a child called Tatiana. doesa anyone know if it's true, and pleeeese, someone, tell me where i can find more info on the real life couple!!!

Ok Kelsi this is what I have heard through a variety of web sites and forums over the years.

Michael and Vaitiare have a daughter, Tatiana who was born in 1998. Rumour has it that it was during the episode Matter of Time as Daniel does not appear in this until the end. There is also a theory I have read that VB really was as pregnant as she appeared in Secrets, which could tie in with this date. Several people have suggested that the child in Maternal Instinct could be Tatiana - seems too young to me as she could have been a year old by then but hey, I know nothing about babies.

There is an interview with Jay Leno (?) where MS refers to Tatiana who is just off stage - I think the text of this can be found at the MSOOF site but I'm not sure.

There is also an interview in SFX where the interviewer refers to MS's daughter running round his trailer.

Sadly the last rumour I heard was that they had split up but this has never been confirmed. IMDb still list them as living together.

i do remember reading an interview where the child was just a bit away, like in the other room or something.
and i also think sg is a set where the actors bring their kids, dogs etc to work with them and there are nannies etc. to watch them or they're locked in the trailer (i'm assuming nannies for the kids and trailers for the dogs... )
anyway, i thought i heard something about how chris judge's son i think had a bit of a crush on someone else's daughter.

from what i hear it's a very family oriented friendly set.

starbabe, what's true? That Michael and Vatiare are a couple, or that they were and now they've split up? And do you know if they were married, because i think that Vatiare kept her maiden name (Bandera, and i can see why!). Also, if they're not, then what's the child's (Tatiana) surname?

Just to confirm and scotch all rumours..
Yes Michael, does have a beautiful daughter, her name is Tatiana.
Michael and Tatty's mother have now split, they were never married, Michael sees Tatty, as often as he can, and yes she goes with him on set, as does Chris Judge's daughter, who was with him btw, at Gatecon.
He was dating Lexxa Doig, not seriously folks, as they both want to further their careers..But they are very good friends, and good luck to them..In all that they do.
Michael, will wish to keep Tatty out of the public eye as much as possible, also the speculations about any romance that he may or may not have in the future.

Banderas was her married name, her maiden name was Hershon.
And she is from Tahiti.

Thanks. Great to hear that Michael sees his daughter as often as he can and takes her to the set! Good for him! Aslo that he is trying to keep her out of the public eye. The press can make things difficult for a child! Best of luck to them all!

It's Lexa with one x.
So when an Andromeda staff writer says that Doig and Shanks are not a couple, she is lying?

She has only been married once that was to Peter Banderas, a director I believe, her and Mike were NEVER married.

And Lexa with one x [sorry] no the writer was not lying at all, they have been dating but not seriously, they meet, go out for dinner, and are very good friends and get on well.
Both Michael and Lexa are free agents, so they date as and whom they please.
