http://www.startrek.com has posted the first part of its transcript for the recent press tour. In part one, it fills in more of what the cast and crew said about the show`s end, and also Trek X. Ken Biller was positive about season seven. "We`re very pleased. We`ve already aired a number of episodes that we`re very proud of. We`ve got some in the can we`re proud of and I think we have 14 original hours yet to be aired, and I think that the audience is going to be really pleased. We keep saying that we`ve saved the best for last, and we really hope that we have and that the audience agrees."
Rick Berman also had words to say about the final episode. Everyone was remaining tight-lipped, but he said, "Resolving the series has a great deal more to it than just a question of, does the ship get home or not. And I think to compact it down to a simple question like that is unfair to what we`re hoping to accomplish in the final two-hour episode."
