Loren in 'The Light'

well I would if I could remember the episode in question and who the guy was 
the young actor that played "Loren" has been around the Canadian acting scene for a long time ... he was a now & then star on the kids TV series called "The Odyssey" ...
I was extremely impressed with his performance in "The Light" ... I completely believed he had been there alone all that time ... his canter and body language completely convinced me the isolation/guilt he felt ... and the scene when Jack asked him if he liked Ice Cream was a real choker!!!!

Huh, Canadians are so lucky! Next thing you'll be telling me is that you've seen RDA or JR walking down the street, or that AT is your neighbour! Whereas us Brits ... huh! We're stuck with the Spice Girls! Yeah, Loren was cool, and as sadistic as this may sound, he was really good at crying!
Yeah, I guess you have a point. But only a leeetle one, 'cos you saw all the other series' first, and you'll probly see the next one first. also, only British/english people who have Sky get to see it first. Plus, I'm gonna miss 'Entity', cos I've gotta go out, and my VCR is not modern enough to record, and I'll have to wait until Sky repeats this series b4 i get to see it.
and anyway, they don't broadcast the behind the scenes docu's here!

That is another option for you, but it takes a long..... time to download, and the quality is poor. That's why I couldn't really see him.

loren was ok but it raises a question. what are they going to do with all these refugees they keep dragging back?
there's nyan, and (was it walter from point of no return, his name totally escapes me right now), and now loren.
course in the first season there was cassandra but she's living with fraiser...the point is, where are all these guys gonna live?
are they on base, is no then we never see them, do they warehouse them in earth's general population(but then how do they keep the nid away from them) or do they ship them out to the land of lignt and see if tuplo will harbor yet another of their refugees?

For example: In Sorched Earth they had just relocated an entire population to another planet.
As far as i'm concerned Marty (Point of no return) should be part of the human population..... somewhere, but ya got a point about them NID. And i don't have a clue about Loren coz i haven't seen The Light

yea, with all the orphans the SG has come across I would assume by now they would have a social services unit attached to the SGC, ya think.
this just in, the colorado springs social services has announced the opening of a new half-way house. 'Earth is my home'
it's just for the sgc rejects and is currently occupied by 3 aliens...nyan, loren and marty...
it's going to start a new support group AA (aliens anonymous)
teal'c will be their sponsor, with cassandra as their 'house mom'
sg-1 will make weekly visits to acclimate the new arrivals with pizza, beer and hockey...and by giving them rides in jack's jeep.
