There is a new set of Dr Who Trading cards coming out. Maybe Dec 2000 but i don't know for sure. I am trying to find a distibutor in the US.
They are from Strickly Ink in the UK and they will send you a free promo card if you register on their site http://www.strictlyink.com
It's limited to 6000 boxes. called The Definitive Doctor Who Trading Card Collection-Series one comprising 120 card basic set, 10 gold foil chase cards, 18 autograph cards. 2 in every box. If interested lmk and I'll post more details as I get them.
