Hey! What's new (besides me)?

whats the latest? It finished about 4 years ago :( but is repeated over and over on the Sci-Fi channel, which is great :D (you need to move to England :p)

It's True

But look out for "Crusade" which is a spin-off leading out from the 4th B5 movie "A Call to Arms". But unfortunately there is less than one season of this as it got cancelled despite not being that bad really....

What I meant was when will it be repeated (I forgot that it had already been shown) :) :p

B-5

Also... TNT/WB [I believe] will begin releasing the series on DVD starting about May. I heard this from the mouth of 'The Great Maker' JMS himself.

BTW: I'm your forum mod for B-5. It's good to see the folks who are here. Let's see if we can get the word out that this forum exists so others will come.

'If we advertise it, they will come.'

B5 - Crusade

Makes it good then that Scf-Fi will have both: something for everyone. :}

Thoughts and Discussion...

With Bab-5's 5th season being show right now, I'll throw something out ther for discussion.

How do *you* feel about the division within the telepaths? Should Byron and his people be allowed to form a free and independant community or, by the current laws of Earth, must they return to the folds of Psi-Corps?

Comments?

Its a difficult one, we all know that the Psi-Corps is pretty oppressive in it's methods of "recruitment", but on the other hand, a nation of telepaths could be potentially dangerous, given the advantage they have over "normals", if it came down to a battle...
Heck I sure wouldn't want to fight against Lyta

Yes, that definately is a toughie.. a planet of telepaths, that most likely will get stronger and stronger?.... better not piss them off!...
but.... they've been treated so poorly, and many without reason, and many have given so much of themselves, that they are owed better treatment... if they were treated better by "normals" in the first place, then maybe it never woulda come to this...

any race of people that do give the telepaths a planet, and then treat them well after that, will most likely NOT feel the wrath of the telepaths should a telepath war become full blown...

Tag line

I like your tag line PonyPerson. It's so very true.

Telepathic world...

Why not? Living in the US makes me all for freedom. If there can be freedom of religion, and freedom of speech why can't the telepaths have the freedom to live thier own lives freely? ~~duely noted that not all countries are the same, and the above converse does point out some bad possibilities if there was a telepathic world; but if you think about it any species could decide to populate a planet and we would have the same arguments as to whether it's a good idea or not.~~

Freedom of Speech, etc

I understand. That's one of the reasons I wore Army green for 21+ years.
