MGM will finally realease the first season of Stargate SG-1 on DVD in the US.

"MGM Home Entertainment is releasing the first season of Stargate SG-1 on DVD on May 22. The complete 5 DVD giftset will be available for $89.96. Disk one (the pilot episode), previously available for $24.95 has been repriced for $14.95 and disk two is also available singly for $14.95."

Let's hope that the giftset will include "Behind the Scenes".

I guess I'll have to get a DVD player now.

I have to say i am quite jealous about this now, i here it is going to be a whole season 1 boxset. UK never got season 1 on dvd they released them in such a rubbish way but at least we have got them, and season 3 coming out next week.
