Hey Guys and Gals,
Thanks for the warm welcome, and the "Intelligent Aussie Viewers" post should still be open, so start posting those bloopers.
I was just wondering if any of you caught the show "Viper" on... Thursday night/ Friday morning, I think it was. By some sheer stroke of luck (and a mother that is terrible at programming a VCR :) ), I had a tape of "Viper". I'd seen it a couple of times before, very cheesy (but cool car that... *ahem* "fights crime"). Well, I got bored Friday night and watched it. And guess who was in it? None other than the good Dr. Janet Fraiser, who played bootlicker to one of those annoying law firm-type people. But all was not what it appeared to be...
'Cause this doesn't really have anything to do with SG-1, I don't know whether I should be posting this or not. If you want to know what happened, just reply to this and I'll get back here as soon as I can.
By the way, I was told by one of my friends that Christopher Judge was in the movie "Annie" ( You know, annoying, singing, red-haired girl. Can't be that hard to ignore). Apparently, he's the one that rescues her near the end of the film. I don't have the movie (thankfully) so I can't check this out.
Thanks for your time,
Raptor

P.S. Check out www.p3x595.com is you haven't done so for MP3's of your most-loved "Jack-isms"

Carter: Does anyone know what this meeting's all about?
Daniel: No. But I hope it's important I was right in the middle of translating the cuneiform tablet we found on P3O 255
Carter: I still have to finish re-calibrating MALP 3K sensors for long term reconnaissance on P5X 3D7
Teal'c: I was unable to complete my Kell No Reem.
O'Neill: I was just about to do something important.

Point of No Return

hehe, i like the quote raptor, reminds me of one in crystal skull! (daniel is blabbin on about the skull, sam is blabbin about the nintendos :) and jack simply says "i wonder how far down that is?")
hehe, love that one!

hammond is on con air!

i like it in crystal skull when jack is in the infermary bed, arguing with frasier about him wanting to get out of there, and she says "no, doctors orders" then he says something like "bla bla bla power monger) i love that.

or when he falls out of bed and teal'c pulls him back up :)

That was so cute :)

Anyway, Raptor, I found a blooper. It's a pretty obvious one. In, "In the Line of Duty", after Teal'c talks with Jolinar in the holding cell and she tell him she's a Tok'Ra, he goes to the door and slides the security card through the thingy on the wall to open it. He puts the card in the wrong way. The magnetic strip should have gone in the wall thingy, he put it through backwards.

There's also always heaps of error with the chevrons. When one come on their comp screen they show another one visually locking. In one episode (i can't remember which one but it was s2) they showed a visual of a chevron 2 locking then later in the same sequence, they showed the same chevron locking again.

yeah also during the dialing program scenes (the serpents lair) they show the part address from abydos, then as chev 6 or 7 locks they show the address for chulack

there are HEAPS of those bloopers, read over at nitpickers, almost every eppy has a glyph blooper,

yeah, i really respect fans who take the time to do that, (like us as well)

I respect what you two are doing as well. I mean there are a lot of people with SG-1 sites, but its obvious how much effort you guys are putting into yours. It'll be fantastic. Plus, you guys are in school as well, which seriously depleats the amount of time you have to work on it.

*Three Cheers for Martouf, JAD and Cory*
