S2 Release Finished

YAY 200 posts...finally

Anyway, we all know that S2 has now all been released in Australia (it's about time too), and I was curious to know what everyone's favourite/least favourite episode was and why????

FAV EPISODE: (excluding The Serpent's Lair)
My fav S2 episode was Touchstone because it was different. It was interesting to see a device that could control the weather. Sam was really smart as usual in tracking down the device and the whole second stargate thing being used by something else was cool. (hehe-"this gate is plastic" - jack). I also liked all the dialogue between Jack and Maybourne. It was hilarious. And Teal'c actualy smiled in this episode.

"If you continue to speak to me I am afraid I will have to dismember you" - Teal'c to Maybourne (something like that, you know what I mean)

LFAV Episode:
I really hated Show and Tell. The only good thing about it was that we got to see Jacob again. The storyline was realy lame and the aliens really ugly.

yeah i orede the last 3 tonight.

my favourite episode for season 2 would be a draw between 1969 and serpents song. 2 great episodes a fun episode, and a serious continuing storyline episode.

i would say my least favourite episode for s2 would be holiday, i didnt like it all that much. (but i dint dislike it if you know what i mean)

uhmm.... least favourite is Need..... hated the storyline,

favourite is probably bane! i loved the ending with teh waterguns! quote "i'm not gonna hit you maybourne... i'm gonns SHOOT you" hehe

I didn't like Need much either. Although Jack had some good lines in that one. "Well, well, well, the man who would be King." and "Nah, I got this little ACL thing.".

I have heard so many people say how much they hated Bane. I could never believe it because it was so a great epy. I'm glad someone else likes it.

bane wasnt great, the tokra eppys were better.

I liked how on the vids they showed the two tok'ra eppys as one. it was so much better.

what about the best 'volume'?? i like 22, it had 2 GREAT eppys on it,

Volume 12 cos it had my fav episode eva on it (SL) and In Line the of Duty which was such a fantastic episode.

Gamekeeper was cool. Loved the hair on Teal'c.

i got the DVD, and the quality is 100%, and i just found, that i change the view from widescreen to pan and scan, i love the DVD's, cant wait for the next one. do you agree marty?

I was forced to watch Need again today so I could write some quiz questions for it. It wasn't that bad, but I still didn't like it that much. However, i did manage to get about 30 questions for that ep alone. Pretty good I thought.

I still don't get how 1 shot with a staff weapon can disable a sarcophagus. It seems too easy. Plus, in The Serpents Lair they are fighting in the room with Klorel's sarcophagus. They must of had to be pretty carful not to hit the sarc with any staff or zat fire.
