there's probably more, but hey... serious god butt kicking people... the writere are going to run out of gods.

Jonas Hanson wasn't an alien, but he pretended to be a god just like the Goa'uld do, so does that count?

"dead" is a very difficult definition here 'cos every one can be resurrected with an sarcophagus ..
but perhaps we can count how often the tau'ri 've killed one of our systemlords

well i think there are 2 definitions of "dead" ..
the tau'ri call a life form dead when there is no heartbeat left (but due to the sarcophagus it is possible to resurrect them .. e.g. Apophis)
goa'uld call dead when there is no possibility left to heal a body with the sarcophagus and then the life form is really dead (e.g. Sha're <=> Amaunet) ..

perhaps they aren't really killed with 3 shots -- perhaps they are transported to an other dimension or in a prison (like in thor's hammer) .. :aliengray

and there is a more interesting point:

because u only die @ 2 shots if these are within a short time limit -- same rule is valid for 3 shots ..

if u get 3 shots it is possible that u don't die between the 2nd and the 3rd shot (or anyone resurrects u perhaps with an sarcophagus on "the other side") ..

so there is the possibility that perhaps on the other side anyone uses the "victims" for slaves or so -- perhaps there is(are) an other systemlord(s) on the "other side"
-- all is possible in stargate that's one of it's fascinating sides !!!
