HELP FOR 3rd SEASON!

We all need to think of another way of showing our support for a third season. It worked last time it was in trouble.

We need something better than Tabasco sauce... well not better, but different. Please post if you have any really good ideas!!

We need to help our show... it can't go off the air!!!

I know a lot of people have already donated money to the PCF, because of the Christmas Roswell eppy, but what if we all sent a little something in an alien card or a roswell card? Like maybe someone smart could make up a card we could all down load and send with a donation. call the campaine Savings Lives While Saving Roswell. Or Saving Lives & Roswell.

What do you think. We could also send a letter to wb and tell them that we sent a donation to the PCF in Roswell name, or set up a web page where we could send them an e-mail when we sent a donation. Even if it was a $1. Or just send the cost of a price of a bottle of Tabasco sauce. That way we could make a point, help some kids, and hopefully get some attention for Roswell. What do you think? Could it work? I know nothing about computer except e-mail and things like this.

I think that that's a great idea, sending the price of a bottle of TB to the PCF! Because if 17,000 people signed that petition, and 1,000s of people sent bottles of TB last time, and you add up all of it, it could be a nice donation. I'm not too great at computer stuff either but maybe we could both try to get a whole bunch of people to e-mail the Crashdown and see if they could mmaybe set something up, or help us with ideas...

Recently, I have consulted some other Roswell fans, and we thought it may be a good idea to send the WB execs blue slime in glass soda bottles that are labled with the "Save Roswell, Silver Handprint" postcard. Either that or send blue crystal rock candy. Or we can send both.

I think the executives would definately take notice after recieving a truckload of blue slime, wouldn't you?

Let me know what you think about this idea.

Although that is a good idea... you may want to do that but I think that making donatinos is a more practical campaign idea... if you want to stress even more you could send the execs whatever you wanted but with the money nobody gets stuck with 1000s of bottles of blue slime just to throw out. Ya know?

I've got to agree with Ismiztar and not cuz it was my idea, even though that would be reason enough!

But I'd think and hope that maybe Roswell could get some respect if the fans did something realy good! Otherwise that is a totally cool!!!!! idea!!! !

Donations

Ok people, lets compromise, why don't we just send the buckets of blue slime to the PCF?

Seriously though I think the donation idea is the bomb. You guys are totally rad Mysticalshevamp and Ismizstar.

Instead of creating like a whole website around it, maybe just have everyone who mails in a donation to the PCF then mail a little card or note to the WB just telling them why they donated the money. By just doing it all by snail mail you know that someone at the WB is ACTUALLY GOING TO SEE IT. Besides that, it's way easier, everybody already has a mailbox.

Truckloads of people talking about this charitable donation they made and how the show moved them is gonna get huge attention. Meanwhile...

In fact maybe even mail the same note to the PCF with the money. If the PCF gets 20,000 donations all coming from the Roswell TV show, they'll call the WB themselves. When they call they'll get through and that will cause major attention. Next...

We have a major major PR point for the WB. The WB will take this and run commercials about it, and have press releases, and it will make entertainment news. That is HUGE.

At that point, not only will it put some major leverage in to keep the show going, but it also will attract attention to the show, which would attract more VIEWERS, which would actually ensure the show continueing by virtue of ratings.

So let me say once again, you guys are super brilliant, this is like the best idea ever. I want to help you guys any way I can. Do you guys need any help getting the ball rolling on other message boards or anything?

Tell anyone you can think you message board wise! We figure the more times its said the faster it will pick up! I'm going to try and find my address for the PCF I know I have it somewhere. When I do I'll post it. If someone all ready has it feel free to post it!
