channel 7 stills

these are stills of the animations that channel seven designed for stargate over the years. i captured them for my own personal satisfaction recently and thought i would share them with ya's!

the first one from way back in 97 i think

the last one for the time being: RDA pointing at the stargate in seven's fabulous 'the one to watch' ID.

the best one of all but only 'cause it has RDA in it and even though he looks kinda dorky (oh that I should ever say such a thing about the adorable delectable RDA! Hush my mouth!)

i will give some credit to channel 7, they have excellent production staff! there graphics, promos, ID's are excellent.

ch7 has the best graphic off all the stations.
I also like the JAG one. The Buffy ones are a little crap though. The one for The Mole is good.

I'm only sorry that I was only young when MacGyver was on. At least now I am at the age when I can truely appreciate just how georgeous/cute/sexy RDA really is. Plus, the O'Neill look is soooo much nicer!

With a recruitment drive like that, the USAF would be all female with one colonel. Hmmm, don't know if I like those odds.

I never saw MacGyver either. But from the photos I've seen the man is WAY better looking now than he was then. Shorter hair. GREY hair. Older. Maturer. Oh, my........

A couple of months ago there was a midday movie on Channel 7 called Beyond Betrayal (filmed in vancouver in 1996 before stargate) with the gorgeous one as a psychotically jealous policeman separated from his wife (Susan Dey, erk erk erk). She starts seeing another bloke. RDA tracks her down and kills the boyfriend's ex-wife (it was an accident, your honour). He then frames the boyfriend for the murder and finally gets hold of Susan Dey. They have a bit of a show down in the same warehouse i think they used in Bane (the one where teal'c gets zapped by the bug). RDA gets shot lots and lots and lots by the swat team and the boyfriend gets released from jail. all happy and wonderful.

But RDA in a policeman's uniform, looking psychotic yet cold and calculating - gosh!!!!!!!!!!!

A rather trashy movie (my husband was horrified when he came home at lunch and saw that I was taping it but I still have it hidden away) but it's a recent non-stargate thing and he just looks gorgeous through the whole thing. I fast forward through the non-RDA bits and drool over the rest.
