The Outer Limits episodes with Michael were -
Mary 25, about an android nanny. He plays a scientist technician named Melburne (which is the name of "Daniel Jackson's father - and the episode was written by Brad Wright. Another character in that episode was named Teryl -- coincidence? I think not!)
the other was:
Manifest Destiny. This one is about a space freighter which comes upon a deserted ship floating in space - or is it? All of the crew seemed to have been murdered -- then something starts affecting their own crew. This one is frustrating because Michael Shanks plays the doctor, and he's wearing a camera on his head recording the investigation of the wreck, and the show is 'filmed' from that POV, so mostly you just hear his voice, unless the "doctor" takes the camera off and looks into it.
He was also in an episode of Highlander (a bit part when he was much younger), and a series called The Commish (ditto). He's credited with two movies in 2000, "The Artist's Circle" and "Mr Fortune's Smile", buty I don't think either has been released to theaters.
Oh, yeah, and a tv-movie called Escape from Mars.

BTW, the "T-1000 from T-2" (Robert Patrick) is on X-Files now here in the US.
