Well I don't know about you but I think I might go bad waiting for season 6:(

Tell me how are you all copeing with no sg1 at the moment.:nuts:
 
i'm copeing by buying the season 3 vids. I'm barely getting bye.
 
Thankfully other shows have new episodes (Farscape, Invisible Man) and X-Files returns on Sunday.....
 
getting by with re-runs, channel 4 on sundays, and sky 1
on wed's, and tapes, roll on sept...peachy:D ;)
 
I think stargate is great, and i'd hate it if i missed it. There's nothing worse than setting the video and the video conks out... So, roll on the next season...and hopefully my video will be working by then...

How do I get through without new episodes of Stargate?


I read a lot of fanfiction. And I do mean a LOT :hjbigeyes

That and stargate marathon weekends with the tapes.


You know, there is nothing weirder than have a site upgrade when you're in the middle of a post.

like gemsong, fan fic....lots of fan fic...haven't reached the tape marathon level yet, but will in a couple of weeks.
 
I've done the tape marathon, but I'm grateful enough we still get repeats of the show on sundays and mondays....it keeps me going!!

Thanks for letting me know how you are copeing with no SG1.

At the moment I must have rewatched every episode about 10 times maybe more.
Always on the net looking for fanfic:rolleyes:

At the mo I've got a week off work so I'am gonig to have a go at writeing my own fanfic.

Hey, first time writing fan fic. Hmm, I know that feeling. I did one once, and had it in with all my no-Sg stuff. Until my computer wiped the disk. *insert appropriate obscene language here*
That kind of sapped my confidence. But I love reading fan fic.
How do I cope without SG-1? Well, the Channel 4 're-runs' are all new to me, so that's cool as far as I'm concerned.
Just to tell any english Ch4 viewers who might not of heard
This Sunday's a double from 5 onwards.

I repeat - SG-1 double from 5o'clock Sunday April first Channel 4.

That is not a early April fool.

Hey guys,
Have some sympathy for the aussies around here. We got cut off at Watergate. There is nothing worse than being cut off during a season. Season finale I can handle. But it's just not fair.

As you can probably understand, we all hold alot of resentment towards CH7 (we plan to loot and burn their headquarters in Sydney) for taking it off air hear in Australia.

We don't even have S3 tapes out yet.

Oops, sorry Shelby. I was just thinking that people may get a little annoyed if they miss an episode by accident.
That's no excuse though, I don't want to rub it in.
Huh? You don't have S3 videos yet. Martouf told me that, but that had to be months ago!
Now I can be sorry for you.

Where are the Marathons? Or should I say when? Does anyone know how to acquire the series on video?

MsGudBod, I believe Shelby speaks of watching lots of SG-1 episodes on video, one after the other. It works for me at times.

Well, there's a thread for videos but I can't give you sufficiant directions (I cannot be trusted there!)
The others will tell you more, as they're all terribly nice people.
 
I spend a lot of time watching marathon sessions of loadsa shows -
Stargate , M*A*S*H* and Due South naming just a few....
