EIP, Idoru was a book I quite enjoyed, although some of Gibson's works do tend to fly above my head (I still don't 'get' Mona Lisa Overdrive). I liked the notion of a little girl from Seattle travelling half way across the world and getting involved in earth-shaking events without anyone apparently noticing! The Idoru herself was quite a striking concept. Gibson's prose style, as always, was a treat.
