Dark matter collides with the mothership. The Taelons on board are immobilized. Sandoval sees this as a great opportunity. He can destroy the Taelons who have caused him so much pain.

Liam meanwhile is trying to get Da'an to go along with a coup and become leader of the Taelons.

The mothership starts shutting down because it no longer senses any active Taelons. Sandoval and Tate are trapped on the ship.

Liam with Renee and Da'an's help try to save the Taelons. Liam gets onboard and plans to blow out the dark matter. However it is next to the stasis chamber and he can't without destroying the chamber. Sandoval captures him and trys to use the bomb but can't without Liams code. Renee rescues Liam and in the end Liam with the help of this alien father Ha'gel expel the dark matter. But Liam has to use all his Kimera energy becoming completly human.

the best part on this ep. is sandoval. for the first time he sets straight the record for his feelings on the taelons and his motives. Looking back we can see why he'll try to join back up with the human race later on.

I also liked the Liam with Ha'gel parts. Since the middle of season 2 his alien heritage has only been mentioned in passing. with this ep it takes center stage. However, fans shouldn't put this info on the back burner as other episodes will show.
