stargate series for TV in UK

could any of you avid fans here please let me know when the next series is due to be shown on UK television
 
on sky or channel4?
im not sure about sky, but C4 are showing season3 in november (i think)
luckily ive got season3 on tape:D
 
Channel 4 are showing Season 3 at the moment on Sunday evening at 5pm, although I missed it tonight. Sky One haven't told us when the next season will begin, but it usually seems to be after the summer. Sky One are showing re-runs of previous seasons now after Star Trek Voyager which is on its final run. Stargate SG1 is directly after it at 9pm.

Thanks for the info, Anni, I didn't think channel 4 were showing season 3 until semptember. NEwayz, I asked on some other thread 'bout when sky would show season 5, but I also got some time after the summer, but that's way too long a time to wait! I wanna see season 5 now, it sounds dead good!

Ch4 series....

Excuse me, I'm afriad that was actually series 2 that Channel 4 was showing at 5 on a sunday, and that finished the week before last. It's likely to return with series 3 in the around september/october.
Good thing come to those who.......wait...... I have no knowledge of S3, this is just wishful thinking.
 
You are probably right. My son watches football on a Sunday and I don't often get the opportunity to watch Channel 4 then. I thought it was series 3 and in fact they did show an episode from Series 3 a few weeks ago. But the TV people seem to mess around with continuity of episodes so much these days.

Anni, you were mistaken. No matter. The way Ch4 messes with the scheduling, it's no wonder. I wasn't sure at first, if I hadn't seen the end of S1 about four weeks beforehand, and knew it was the sequel to the cliffhanger.
 
Sorry, to rub it in, didn't mean to be overly smug. C4 really do need to get their act together though. It's stupid scheduling means that loads of peeps in the UK don't get a chance to find Stargate. On Sky, it is the second most watched programme, behind The Simpsons.
 
I'd never of guessed that! No really, and 'Simpsons' is one of the best shows anywhere I think.
Well, if I look at the kind of stuff they put on Sky, then I might be less amazed.
Doesn't matter about being happy with seeing Epis, that we haven't Serena, I didn't mean to be harsh.
 
That okies. :rolly2: NEwayz, does no one STILL know when new eps of SG R comin' to sky...... i needs to know!
 
hehe i've got season 3 on video too but i've seen them all before on t.v, but there showing them again on skyone so i get to watch them again and the ones i missed before i can watch them now!!! :rolly2: :D still season five will probably start around september so we'll just have to watch it then but for now i've got seasons 1,2and3 to watch so if you'll excuse me my VCR is waiting for me!!!!!! again if you didn't hear me the first time i have all the seasons on video including season 4 and my blank tapes are eagerly awaiting season 5:D :D :D
