in america were about to see the begining of the buu saga in a month or so. what saga are you guys in the Uk watching?

Grrr, forget these repeats! You know, there is a reason why god made Fansubs. I can't wait for the Buu saga (I'm in the US), but I can wait to see the WHOLE episode, not the crap that FUNimation puts out to please parentsof young kids.

I saw the first season via FUNimation on cartoon Network. Then I saw it in fansub form. Did I ever get an eye-full! There was so much blood, I couldn't believe it!

Blood isn't the only thing cut out. Master Roshi= big smoker and drinker. Wouldn't know that, because of FUNimation. Also, he is a big perv. You know the stereotypes for old men? Dirty old men who like to look at young girls? That is Master Roshi in a nutshell! Why do you think ChiChi doesn't like him? Same goes for Bulma. I forget what the ep name it was, but it was the one in the Cell Saga where Krillin (Kurirrin-his Japanese voice is so CUTE) is training at Master Roshi's house, on the shore, just after Marron dumped him. Master Roshi is sitting there on his beach chair with a magazine on his chest, which he then pics up to look at the center-fold? I don't think I have to draw you a picture here.

I'm going to stop ranting about the evil of FUNimation now. There is no point in me whining about what I can't change. Just wanted to share with everyone some facts you may not have known.

And in sj saga they cut out a ton of blood and cussing.and in the US we skiped episode 1 and wennt strait to 2. ep 1 was of a peace full mountain scene with and animals.
 
We missed A LOT in the SJ saga. I saw on a website once.. if I ever find it, I'll post it.. where it broke down the japanese and american eps. In the SJ saga, most american eps were compiles of up to 4 japanese eps. I mean.. you could watch the first American episode, and see scenes from eps 1,2,3, and 4. later on in ther series, the eps become pretty much the same. They don't cut out so much stuff that they have to chop up extra eps to fill in time.

This is which makes me wonder, what the HFIL are they going to do when they bring over DBGT (which FUNimation already owns)? GT is the bloodiest of the 3 (and probably the best) of the three series. I want to see how they tackle the Super 17 incident. There will be a lot of time in hell, oops, I mean HFIL, a lot of death, a WHOLE lot of swearing (I didn't know Freiza had such a mouth, and Cell wasn't much better. Don't even let me mention Piccolo... you'd think my guy Vegeta would have a mouth on him...)

I can say I am disappointed by FUNimations cut up of DBZ, but I will still watch it.

PS Asgard, did you know that farmer in the first episode WAS smoking a cigg, but they cut it out? He saw Raditz's ship, opened his mouth, and it fall out.

There was one scene I wanted to see, but was unable to, with Bulma, Master Roshi, and Krillin.

I forget what was going on, but Bulma had created a gun, and was showing it to the guys in Master Roshi's house. Master Roshi made some comment which made Bulma M-A-D. She took the gun and opened fire on the guys. She tore the house apart.

The scene looked hilarious, but of course, we'll never see it.

It is like the scene in The Dead Zone movie. After Gohan gets drunk/high/whatever on that fruit, he goes on his little adventure. When he slides down that wall/rail thing with Krillin, he pees on Krillin! Not only that, but in Krillin's mouth, because Krillin was looking up at Gohan at the time!

I have to rent the uncut version of that movie to see that. I haven't actually seen that part, but my firend's have, so I will have to play catch up...

That is the same pic I saw... it's ironic (yet hilarious) that your friend and I saw the same page, yet neither of remember where it was.
 
THAT WAS IT! Look for the Japanese to English Conversion Table.... that is where it shows you the breakdown of the episodes.

I saw the addy and I remembered.... I saw the site while I was at school, while looking for another pic a friend had told me about.
