Gatecon in Germany?

Hi Fran, and welcome to the boards. It's a really great place and has a lot of really friendly people to help you along your way, regardless of which section you are in.
At the moment, no, there isn't a Gatecon planned for germany, although it was a hot topic of conversation amongst the organisers a while back.
If we ever manage the time (and money) we thought it would be great to do a European convention, and Germany was the best options, purely because of the popularity of Stargate there, and also the fan dedication.
We had a huge German contingent at Gatecon 2000, and they have booked again for this year.
There seems to be a great passion with germans an Stargate... It's refreshing to see.
