Spare Goa'uld anyone?

Hey anyone got a spare Goa'uld they can lend me, or Tok'ra. I've got a job interview...FINALLY, on Monday. I could use their genetic memory. Of course I'd no longer be the recently graduated educated bumm anymore should it help me get employed...I was sooo looking forward to living unter the Oak St. Bridge in Downtown Vancouver.

Thanks. I'm already in their debt. I live in Coquitlam & the interview is in Richmond, we STILL have a bus strike so one of their employees who lives in Coquitlam is actually going to pick me up on his way to work & take me to the interview & then bring me home at the end of the day, hmmmm, I wonder how that will go.

Well I guess I didn't need a Goa'uld to help me, I got the job! However, I really REALLY wish I could get my hands on a Goa'uld healing device. I was so excited when I heard the news that I accidently tripped over the vaccum cleaner & broke a toe. Owwwy.

Iam glad you got the job... but your poor toe! Hope you don't have much walking the first few days on the job! Did anyone ever say that you "pulled a Daniel" with your toe trip?

"pulled a Daniel"? explain please. Unfortunatley this is the worst possible time to break a toe. I do LOTS of walking & seeing that we are into our 3rd MONTH of bus strike...
Once I'm at work I'll be fine...computer job, ah the life. Actually interesting geography & my degree related computer job so...a girl can't ask for more...well maybe MS, RDA, and Jamie Bamber (Archie Kennedy from Horatio Hornblower, oh baby, to die for!!!!! mind you don't slip on the dool) in my back pocket.

Pulled a Daniel.... To hurt oneself unexpectedly. Daniel has been protrayed as a bit klutzy at times. Lots of fan fic have taken it over the edge for purposes of plot advancement!

That is awful about the strike and walking. I am very sorry to hear that as it makes things really nasty to walk on a broken toe. I have done it and it isn't pleasant! You have my sympathy!

Thanx. Yes then, I did pull a Daniel...I was thinking just the other day about how Danny-Boy seems to get hurt quite a bit. Well, today my toe is a little lesser shade of bluish-black, I suppose and a lovely lighter shade of purple. Still hurt's like H*** but at least it doesn't seem to be crooked. I broke the same toe but on the other foot a few years ago & it healed on kindof a sidewaysish angle...where is that Goa'uld healing device I ordered yesterday?
