Strongest SAM episode (Possible spoilers)

Hey guys!
I was wondering what you think the strongest Sam episode is?
The one that explores the character the most, the one where she has the most action, the one which Amanda Tapping gets to show off her acting talents to the max!!

I'd probably say "Line of Duty", "The tokra (part 1)" - from series2
"Jolinars Memories" from series3.

I would have to say the tokra part one and two I think were Sam's strongest episodes that I have seen so far.
The way she was torn between going off to find the tokra and wanting to stay on earth for her dad was I thought really well done.
Then when the team had to say with the tokra and the other team came to get her coz her dad was ill and she couldn't go was really heartbreaking for Sam.
Also in tokra part two have her dad have a tokra put in him was quite difficult for Sam to deal with. What with her dad now talking funny and eyes glowing and all.
I thought that these episodes were really well done by AT and she got to show off her acting talents real well....

i'd give singularity top prize, she got to be a soldier adn a woman all at the same time...and that elevator scene gets me every time.

hathor a second...cause it takes guts to buck command like she did...

tok'ra a third...we got to see about her dad, how she dealt with it, despite the rift between them. she wasn't leaving him behind...

and the jol/mems and tdyk as fourth, cause we again get to see her going the distance for someone.
course that eps is also a good team one, like jack said, she ain't letting you go without her and she isnt' going wihtout us...

Good choice.
It was a very strong episode, and as you say, that whole scene in the elevator certainly tugged at my heart strings!

Yeah I have to agree that Singularity was one of the best Sam episodes.
I cried at the elevator scene and do everytime!!

I just can't help it when Sam is going to leave Cassy then walks back and tells Jack that she is going to stay it gets me everytime!

Actually, I've been watching a new tapes I've got (I have a lot of time on my hands at the momement) and even of many episodes that are no exactly "sam central" she does get a few good lines, or the chance to show a bit about her character/emotions.

I guess that goes for every character though... except (IMHO) Teal'c, Dr Fraiser, and Hammond... I think they really deserve more time!

I feel that sometimes Teal'c deserves more storylines then he has as does Dr Fraiser but I supose they only have a limited time to tell everyones stories

Another good Sam episode I think is Small Victories I thoght she play a strong part in that

Actually, when I think about it, Sam tends to solve most things through science in nearly ever episode.
She plays a big part in solving things, although the episode may not be about her.

Yeah ascension was a really big one for our sammy, it was a good look into her life (or lack of it ) outside the SGC.

The actor who plays Jacob/Selmac, Carmen Az (can't spell it; sorry) has been quoted on one of the web sites as saying Amanda Tapping is an actress of Meryl Streep quality.

Nice compliment from an actor who has had his share of roles in the business.
