After getting dumped from yet another somewhat popular show on an up and coming network (who can forget her illustrious days as Donna on "Beverly Hills 90210"), Shannen Doherty is rumored to be making at least one guest appearance on UPN's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, at least so says E! Online columnist Ted Casablanca.

According to Casablanca, an anonymous companion of Doherty told him that "Sarah Michelle Gellar and Shannen are really good friends, and I know they've been talking about doing the show together, with Shannen as a recurring character."

And if you are looking for a denial from the people who represent the two actresses, don't expect it. "They are good friends. And appearing on the show is always a possibility. As long as Buffy wants her, I know Shannen would do it."

And Doherty might need to work any guest shots in with her community service
she was sentenced to over last December's drunken-driving arrest.

Hey Stripe, just a little FYI: Shannen Doherty played "Brenda" on 90210. Tori Spelling played "Donna".

Personally, if I don't ever see Shannen on TV again, it would be too soon; especially not on Buffy. She just doesn't strike me as the "slayer" type. She did, however, play a PERFECT witch!!!:evil:
