MGM are just too weird.
In the US, only season 1 is available on DVD (region1). Where are the other season?
In the UK, only episodes COTG, then episodes 19, 20 and 21 (all on volume 1), then Hathor and Thor's Hammer as fillers on volume 7.
The remainder of volumes 2-13 are all seasons 2 and 3, but in entirety. Where is the rest of season 1 in UK?
