In the Season Finale we saw Android Rommie, Computer rommie, and Holo rommie take on different personalities. We have seen in the past that Andriod rommie can funtion without the ship. And having even a few different ecperiance would lead to her own personaility. However that dosen't explain Holo Rommie.
