Region 2 Vs Region 1

Hey guys,

Im seriously considering buying the region 1 dvd boxed set.

My question is do any of you think the uk version will have more special features on it or will the only difference be the dvd covers.

My dvd can play region 1 so that wouldnt be a problem.

a) in region 1, all of series 1. so far, so far as I can tell is available, but ONLY series 1

b) in region 2, only series 1 episodes 1 & 19-21 (volume 1) and 9 & 13 (volume 7ish) are availalbe, but...

c) in region 2, series 2 and 3 are now available in entirety.

d) languages - on the region 2 you get English, German & Spanish (by series three)

e) subtitles - on region 2, by volume 13 (end of series 3) you get spanish, swedish, finnish, norwegian and danish, plus english; on region 1 you only get spanish and french; english appears to only be "close captioned"

f) extras - on region 2 there is pretty much something on every volume, particularly series 2 and 3 - I have no idea about region 1
