A new Stargate SG-1 Fan Club?

Hello people.
Your freindly, (Unofficial), neighbourhood news reader has just got some more thrilling news for my fellow Stargate SG-1 fans.

'Light Speed Fine Art' has been contracted by MGM to manage the new official Fan Club.

MGM has been exploring options for a fan club for several years, interviewing companies like the well-established Creation Entertainment. Even the current issue of "The X-Files" magazine includes an ad for the official fan club -- apparently placed by the previous contracted company just before they went out of business.

Yep. the company MG originally contracted with ditzed around for a long while and then went bankrupt.

Good to see this is finaily moving on.

On the lastest dvd AT said that if you went to www.stargatefanclub.com you could join some sort of club (can't quite remember) but it does not load on my computer

Hey Pamie my computer couldn't find it either. Must b the wrong web address or sumthing. Actors don't always remember web addresses v.well as I discovered when I met Amber Benson(Tara on Buffy). She couldn't remember the address of her official web site.

Hmm, it doesn't seem very up to date though.
The episodes only seem to go up to the 4th series (okay, sure there have only been 3 of series 5 shown in America, but I'd expect some spoliers or pictures of something)

I write fan fic in various generes, do beta reading of stories and am the Research Dept. head on the Stargatefan web site. I've been alive coming up on 50 years in December. I read *everything* about everything.

And I'm a disabled veteran on a pension so the Government pays me to stay home.

And I look nothing like Sam. AT is a good 2" taller than I am, about 30 pounds lighter, short blond hair and blue eyes.

I'm 5'8" with short silver hair and hazel green eyes.

Also... she's an officer and I was enlisted.
