MS appearance at Comic-Con

I just got this from the MGM official Newsletter......


Actor Michael Shanks, Dr. Daniel Jackson of Stargate SG-1, will make a rare public appearance at Comic-Con. Michael will be at the San Diego Convention Center on July 21 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, signing autographs and meeting with fans! Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime event!

Sounds to me like you need to come down with a case of the "stargate flu" that day, Sandman! Comicon is cool, even if you don't like comics.

I'm soooo bummed. That is the one freakin' day all month I couldn't go down to San Diego (throwing a birthday party for 6 people, about 20 attending, all at my house so I gotta be there.) Rats. :crying: :crying:

I just went over to the website and, while i saw no confirmation on Michael Shanks appearance, they did say that anything could happen and anyone could show up. Also, all you Bra'tac fans out there, Tony Amedola is going to signing autographs. He'll be there Thursday the 19th 11-3pm autograph area 22, Friday 11-2pm aa25, saturday 11-2pm a25, Sunday 11-2 aa25.

since got auto pic already, i would ask for a pic if you take of him when you are at the table not asking to much

yes went to site and MS name is no where on there the only stargate person on there is tony and they only limit it to one auto and the person in charge of auto line can stop at any time no matter how many people standing in line

so, question is coming or not and this is still while they are filming the show, he will have to get back because they are filming 'summit' at this time and he will have to leave to get back to vancouver, and then they get their break on july 27th and come back aug. 13th to finish filming the 2nd part of that eps.

so, now we wonder if i could post list of signers here would but you can't copy and paste stuff at this site

As I'm living in the UK, there haven't been many conventions or any with MS in it, so you lot are so lucky that you get to see MS for real!!!!!!!

how about bribbing can i bribe someone, i make tapes for people should you miss an eps. as long as you are nstc, and i have almost everything MS has been in other then the older stuff but yep person to contact if you miss an eps. so person going i will bribe, lol

see since i can't go, like i said never would ask for autograph but what i read i didn't see that you could not bring a camera in so you can, if a bribe gets me an autograph lol i will take it, lol but i am very helpful to anyone missing eps. or don't have stuff with MS in i have it
