Fingers crossed for Joseph

XENA composer Joseph LoDuca has been nominated for another Emmy award. Joe scooped the gong last year for his music for the episode, Fallen Angel.
This year, its that atmospheric score for The Rheingold that has been nominated. Joe is up against two Voyager episode (including the finale), The Simpsons and The West Wing finale where everyone got shot!
Unfortunately, no other nominations for XENA:WARRIOR PRINCESS and BUFFY got a big fat zero nominations this year too. How come they nominate the exact same actors every year?

..oh, wans't there a 6th season soundtrack? counldn't find it in Virgin Megastore. either they don't update on their TV tracks or all the xenites just went crazy cleaned the shelve!

I still think Xena and Buffy should have gotten Emmy's although I have no idea what chagory they'd be in!I mean Everyone Loves Raymond got nominated and IMO it wasn't cery good this year.

heard somewhere that the creater of Buffy was quite upset about it not been nominated at all...he made it known that he's not happy about it!
heck, how does a show like Xena not be nominated at all after 6years (except for Joe's)?
I mean it's got a wide demographic distribution for gods sake. while some shows only attract certain group of demograph.
I think the Emmy people just don't care much for syndicated shows huh?

It really is sad that Xena didn't get more nomations. But award shows hate shows like Xena and Buffy, look how long it took for Star Trek to get a nomation for something besides technical stuff.
