Favorite vacation spot?

I thought it might be fun and interesting to find out what peoples favorite place they have gone for a vacation.

Mine would have to be Nova Scotia. My family first went there when I was just 7 or 8 and we just loved it. We went out on Cape Breton and went to the ocean which was actually warm. It seems the gulf stream dips in there to it is warmer than it would be in Maine or New England. We went back the summer after I graduated from college, that year we also went over to Prince Edward Island and had a great time.

Ooh Nova Scotia! That's pretty neat Mel. I always go to the outer banks in North Carolina.

I went to the Outer Banks once as a child with my family. We had a good time camping but it seemed to rain every night.

I remember one night hearing all these people running past us and to the bathrooms because their tents wouldn't stay up with the ground so wet.

Yeah, once in a while you'll get a really cruddy week and it'll rain a whole lot. That happened to me twice at the Outer Banks. Not very stable weather :rain:
