Help design the anime section

Ok, we need to update the anime section. How we going to do it? Basically we need some new forums.

Now, i want to expand Anime a bit to be not just Anime but animation. This means there will be forums to discuss animation such as futurama and the simpsons for example. I am thinking of about 6 forums not much more. What sort of setup do you think would be appropriate?

Makes some sense. Couple of things:

1. how do we sepeare the japanese style Anime (that is how i think of it anyway, not sure where any of this anime is made) from what i think of as american, simpsons, futurama etc? If this divide exists we can have two categories and then the various forums beneath that if you see what i mean.

2. Fan Fiction - not sure if this is needed, could fan fiction not go inside the relevant category, say a fan fic about sailor moon inside the sailor moon category? if you think it shouldn't and we need a fan fic section then that is also fine.

I think the separation will be between anime and cartoons. I think that is the divide i will use. What do you think?

u can always Split it like this!
When u click anime it comes up with 2 title! Japanese Anime and Animation!! then when u click anime it comes up with the different sections! When u click animation it comes up with a forum like anime is now!! with the threads!!

I like the set up you have right now Padders. If we notice anything out of place, I'm sure we'll let you know.

And if you want to seperate Anime from Simpsons, make Japanese Anime, and American Cartoons. That way it is more clear cut.
