Kinda odd that, in the first three movies, all Connor need say in a conversation is "...and I can not die." , and the girl instantly melts into his arms, then go off to have gratuitous sex.

personally -- i have yet to see any sex scenes that actually ADD to the Highlander storyline --

and --- in the 2nd movie -- there really isn't much of a gratuitous sex scene -- it's just not there - can't tell ya why ---

Gratuitous sex is almost never added to a movie to add to the storyline...just to attract a particular audience...and maybe they ended up cutting that scene from Highlander 2

nope - there never really was one in HLII -- (per the directorial comments at the end of the Renegade Version) -- just the 'pressed up against the bldg' scene --- right after Connor kicks major immie butt and walks through the fire ---
