Hello Richard, Rowan, Sue and all you wonderful organizing people,

Yes!!! The City Bus Tour was terrific. It was superior to the tour last year about 5 minutes into the tour. The bus driver was friendly and full of "accurate" Vancouver facts and information. The tour leaders had "accurate" Stargate info and fun Stargate quiz questions,.... and yummy chocolate prizes! There were stops at the sites for picture taking, stretching the legs and washroom breaks. And the best was the serendipitous meeting with Dan Shea, Amanda Tapping and Don S. Davis at Bridge Studios.

I am content. Thanks for paying attention to the comments and criticisms about last year's tour. :D :D :D

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! And the same from lynx and shadowwalker.

Me happy too! Who were the tour leaders for Tony's bus on the Wednesday tour? I'd like to name them right on my site. We didn't get chocolate but we got trip to remember. We even got to see NBC shooting at the Plaza stop so it was a taste of TV all over Van!

We were so dissapointed with the us Tour company at Gatecon 2000, so we spent nearly the whole year with them (not me personally) working out shooting locations and such.

I would have loved to see the stars at the gate at Bridge, it sounded like an absolute blast. Did anyone get it on video... I'd love a copy of it (and would love to share it on the Gatecon 2001 documentary).

BTW, xst... You for got to mention Fryn and Allan LOL :D

i took the monday tour. we didnt' get the stars....well dan shea did come out but i think it was manily to make us go away. security yelled at us...stay off the grass..what grass, it was gravel!!! but that was bridge not the tour driver. our driver was friendly, knew his way across town and worked with us....like we were willing to spend less time at various places to maximize our time lurking outside bridge.

i still think some of the 'big' stars would have come out but either they were filming or noone told them. aah well, there is always next year. and like i said, that was bridge not the tour company

will the tour be different? i mean i LOVE being able to watch stargate adn various other shows and see where i was vbeing where they filmed and taking pictures that mimicke the show shota as close as i remembered but i would love to see some differnet places if at all possible.

Your Tour Leaders were Judy and Karen (aka pettygrew).

BTW,

Don't know if it was mentioned before, but on the Wednesday tour at Bridge Studios as we were getting ready to leave, someone from the studio started taking video pictures of us!

I suspect we'll either be appearing on the studio's wanted list or end up in a blooper tape.

Thank you! It's my terribly bad tendancy to let names go in one ear and out the other. I think the name doesn't even stop in the 15 second short term slot in my memory.

And they shot video! Those cheeky camera monkeys! Opps! I'm a camera monkey!
