for those in the US just dying to watch all the TNG reruns --
they start (officially w/ regular scheduling) on Monday at 2000hrs EST --
this week they're doing this 5 day marathon of episodes from 0900 to 0300 (something like 18hrs) EST -- i don't think they're doing any repeats, but i haven't been home/staying up to watch all of them ---
it's on the TNN station (this used to be a country music channel, but they've changed and run regular-type programming now) i think the letters stand for "The National Network" - but i'm not sure --
they do have the annoying habit of putting stupid pop-up bars at the bottom of the screen that can get quite distracting, depending on what's in the bars and if they are 'moving'/'scrolling' (so far, none have been during the episodes) -- and they put viewer phone calls over the ending credits, but get past all of that and the show is still there -
so, prepare for "Encounter At Farpoint Part I" on Monday at 2000 hrs --
