um - this episode - was, well, weird --

spoilers ahead -- >

it was actually pretty interesting -- (even w/ the weird alien-baby stuff) ---

the aliens were interesting (no pig masks) -- and their ship had some interesting traits --

1st veiw of a 'holodeck'! now, why didn't Archer ask for one of these?? oh yeah -- b/c it would screw up TOS!!! (sorry - snarky - had to do it!)

the holodeck thing was cool - and adds some background -- and some questions -- did Starfleet find these aliens again and ask for info on the holo-imaging tech, or did they develop it themselves???

i wasn't sure if this alien race was a bunch of 'moochers' or were trying to find a way to 'experiment' w/ other species to see if they could reproduce, or if it was 'just an accident' that Trip was 'affected', esp after they locked into the plasma trail of the Klingon ship -- but, when they didn't attempt to 'impregnate' one of the Klingons, then agreed to fly home on impulse power -- they didn't seem so devious --

this episode was funny - and more 'entertaining' than the previous episodes -- but, i'm still trying to get a handle on the show - it really hasn't 'grabbed' me yet -- i'm still waiting --

I think they said the pregnancy was an accident. The female...alien said to Trip that she didn't reaslize that they could breed this other species.

It was an interesting episode. I think the pregnancy was an accident but she didn't tell Trip what they were really doing. She just told him it was a game.

Poor Trip, don't offend anyone over there but also don't get into trouble. Which is kind of difficult when you don't know the customs.

right - at the end, i figured the pregnancy for an accident --- but the alien chic didn't tell Trip what was going on - AND they did that 'hide in the plasma wake' thing to the Klingons too -- so, until the end, it would be hard to tell if it was done on purpose or not ---

i liked this episode -- looks like Enterprise is working it's way into episodes that will run smoother ---

Not seen this yet downloading it as we speak..

have fun watching, watched it again today on my tape

Archer in the shower,... eeeeeeeeeee

oh yeah - almost forgot about that part --

yeah - that was a bit --- ummmm -- off --- what WAS that anyway? and WHY would they have the shower set up like that? why didn't the door go all the way to the top? ya know - to keep the water in if gravity was lost?? weird -----

gee - now why didn't *I* think of that?? that they would be overconfident in their work and believe they wouldn't lose gravity?? um -- HELLO! everything else is breaking, why would the artificial gravity work all the time??????
