Hi everyone, just wanted to say my Gatecon 2001 site is done. There's like a whole lot of pictures so be prepared, it's my biggest section yet. Thanks guys, it was alot of work but I love doing it for everyone that wasn't there and for all the people that were but didn't get photos. It's great to have them for the memories, every time I look at them I start to laugh. I know there's alot huh, I can't believe how many we took. I think next year we may take even more too, that's a scary thought. Well spread the word and tell your friends to check it out. Thanks!! SS

updates

I've updated the site a bit, added new wallpaper and some fun hieroglyphs to brighten it up. Might be a few new pics too, keep finding them stashed different places. Thanks to everyone for your great input. I'll keep up the good work and hope that everyone else does too, I just love all the wonderful sites I've found out there too. Later!!! SS

I'm liking your site. And now I remember you and the PH barstaff! I think. Were you the one dancing on the bar? Shhhh.... I won't tell... You got so many photos I have to ask if anyone got the Friday night banquet skits on film? Did anyone with a camera stay for our little recon into questionable situations for SG-1 to solve??

Hi Cyn, Yes that was me on the bar. Was hoping no one saw that. No biggie though, it was all in fun. Yeah Sekh's Party was fun, I can attest to that. Next year I'm signing up early. I hope to get even more and better pics next year. As always my wonderful friend Robin takes just as many if not more pics than I do so that's why my site is so big. I know the con video caught just about everything on tape, I'm glad they weren't at Sekh's party or I'd be in trouble. I sure hope they put as much as possible on the tape, I certainly wouldn't mind it being a few tapes long. I would just love to have everything that happened, especially the auction. They should put just about all of it on, that was when we had the most fun. If I could afford it I'd buy all the video they took, I'm that kind of person, I love to have stuff on tape, I collect videos of shows I like and would love to have a complete vid of the whole con. It also helps to remind me of questions and answers from the panels. That's the hardest to remember. So much happens it's really hard to keep track of everything. My lips are sealed. Inxnay on the arbay! I got pretty much all the Sehk's auction on tape. Trouble it was dark in HP. The MAW auction went on for so long there was no way I could have taped it all, but I got nice parts and more bits will go up on my site as the month goes on. I'm reliving what a hoot DSD and JA were!

And I'm open to dubbing off a tape or two if the postage costs aren't to high. I guess I could be bribed by someone buying me raffle tickets next con... If we shared vid from different angles we could have some pretty cool tapes.

Next year I'm packing a crane and a tripod! My arms are tired, tired, tired holding that camera. I'm the official tech goddess of Gatecon if I do that. I'd have to ship my equiptment in by freight at this rate.

Hi Cyn, yeah, I might be interested in some of the videos you took, like I said I'd love to have the whole con on video if I could. Any idea how much it would cost for the video and shipping? I also have an idea, I just found a person who carries small crystal skulls on a necklace, they're about a square inch big. Maybe a trade could work. If you're into it let me know.
