Although I've seen this kind of thing elsewhere I am sure that I have spotted Bloopers I have not seen recorded. I think it could be fun posting your "favourite Blake's 7 goofs" here. This has the added bonus of giving me an excuse to start watching/noting again <cough> .. well, it has been a long time seen I've seen them.
For example, near the end of "Cygnus Alpha" as Vargas is stepping backwards ever closer to being inside the teleport chamber you get a handy close up shot of his feet and he seems to be wearing trainers/sneakers! (Obviously Cyg. Alpha was not that technologically devoid after all).
In "Mission to Destiny" after Blake realises the air supply of the stricken vessel has been contaminated, he attempts to get the air supply clear by flicking some switches on a panel high up on the wall. If you listen you can hear that some of them seem to fall off!
